I’m easy to reach and one of my favorite things is hearing from you! I read each e-mail and letter.
Press, speaking, and business inquires are answered within 24 business hours.
Time doesn’t allow me to answer general correspondence and individual etiquette questions. I receive so many e-mails that if I answered them all I would never, ever leave my seat in front of the computer screen.
This would be a problem because my children have a habit of wanting to eat about three times a day and are able to get their clothes dirty enough in two-hours that they can’t be worn again until washed. It’s amazing how many hours cooking, laundry, housework, homework help, and reminding boys to take their baths and showers takes out of the 24-hours in a day.
Know that while I won’t be able to answer your e-mail personally, I cherish your words and you for writing them!

There’s something special about receiving a handwritten letter in the mail. I guess it’s because it’s so rare these day. It would be a joy to receive yours! So if you long to put pen to paper or have some pretty stationary that hasn’t left your drawer in about three years, why not send me a note via standard mail.
